Conjola Park – Rising from the ashes
In 2020 this stunning rural south coast property was leveled by the region’s devastating bush fires.
We were brought in to rejuvenate the immediate landscaping around the front of the house hoping to detract the eye from the now charred outlook of blackened trees and escarpment.
The brief: Landscaping priority being the front entry of the house which included a central pond with babbling creek bed creating a tranquil atmosphere to not only the clients when they are home but to all their guests upon arrival.
We used an abundance of native and exotic plants working cohesively together within the climate and an open-air cabana with swing chair on top of the hill to sit and inhale the breathtaking view.
Informal flagstone paths were constructed as well as a rustic bridge over the large pond to allow access through the garden beds and appreciate all the garden from all aspects.
